## Notice

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Options: UKRI reserves the right to extend the contract for a further period of up to 12 months. This option may be exercised once only. All terms, including price and scope, shall remain unchanged.

Renewal: UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) reserves the right to extend the contract for an additional period of up to twelve (12) months beyond the initial fixed contract term. This extension option may be exercised at UKRI's sole discretion, subject to satisfactory performance and continued need. All terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in force during any such extension period.
