Its scope encompasses a wide range of low to mid value construction and maintenance works, structured to support both operational efficiency and Small to Medium size Enterprise (SME) participation. This Framework was shaped through extensive Applicant engagement, including Q&A sessions, face-to-face meetings, and questionnaires to refine the Lotting structure and address barriers to participation. ### Lot Information Lot 1A - Humber - Minor Works Lot 1A Humber - Minor Works (Estimated Individual Project Values PS0 up to PS250k) Renewal: The proposed Framework Agreement will be in place for 5 years with a possible extension provision of 3 years, with the maximum duration to be 8 years. The framework will be extended at the discretion of the Authority at the end of year 5.
