To enable this work NRS require additional project controls and commercial resource to support the existing functions.

### Procurement Information

NRS have used CCS Framework Construction Professional Services to direct award to the incumbent supplier for a short period (20 months). 
During this time NRS will continue to review our make v buy strategy and demand profile following the spending review. It will also allow time for the CCS Framework (Construction Professional Services 2) to be awarded.
A PIN will be issued to the market shortly to explore market interest and contract models for a replacement contract 2027+
