This programme is projected to include procurement of strategic, regional delivery partners who will provide construction technical advisory services related to school building condition, sustainability, project management, procurement services, technical and cost management and assurance services, architectural and design services, energy related services and building services. Subsequent procurements would be expected for construction works suppliers to deliver identified interventions, including the delivery of modular buildings on the Education Estate. The DfE team will be hosting an online market engagement session on 2 December at 15:00 GMT to share details on the scope of work required to support the programme and seek feedback on DfE's approach.
