The vehicle chassis must be new, but tenderers may offer a conversion body which is either new, or if practicable to do so, second-hand. Where a second-hand conversion body is offered the conversion body must be no more than 3-years old. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Options: The authority will consider options for both the lease or hire of the vehicle. Additionally consideration will also be given to a vehicle body conversion which is either new, or if practicable to do so, second-hand. If the later, the vehicle body conversion must be no more than 3-years old.
