## Notice

The Authority invites tenders for a 2-year lease or rental of a bespoke conversion 3,500kg gross weight, low chassis Community Outreach Van. The vehicle chassis must be new, but tenderers may offer a conversion body which is either new, or if practicable to do so, second-hand. Where a second-hand conversion body is offered the conversion body must be no more than 3-years old.

Options: The authority will consider options for both the lease or hire of the vehicle. Additionally consideration will also be given to a vehicle body conversion which is either new, or if practicable to do so, second-hand. If the later, the vehicle body conversion must be no more than 3-years old.

Renewal: Subject to funding availability, the authority may consider three annual contract extensions.
