## Summary

The West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner is seeking information for a project titled “REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - Victim Survey Management System”. This initiative is in the planning stage and aims to enhance the understanding of service user feedback, assisting in service improvements. The procurement process is currently at the engagement stage with a scheduled request for information deadline on 14th January 2026. The organisation is located at Hindlip Hall, Worcester, and operates within the public authority sector focusing on services related to sales, marketing, business intelligence software, market research, and survey services. This project aligns with the region's strategic priorities and will involve a contract period from 27th March 2026 to 27th March 2029.

This tender presents opportunities for businesses specialising in sales, marketing, survey, and market research services to expand their portfolio by contributing to a government project aimed at improving public services. Companies offering comprehensive feedback solutions or those experienced in handling public-opinion polling and service-oriented technology would be well-suited to compete. The engagement with this project allows businesses to network within the public sector and potentially influence service delivery improvements, making it an attractive opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises aiming to grow in this industry. Interested parties should express their interest by the designated deadline to participate in this initiative.

## Notice

This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION only. In line with force vision and strategic priorities, West Mercia has a responsibility to capture and understand service user feedback and to use this to inform service improvement. Through the right technology, West Mercia are keen to capture this information more efficiently, effectively and with greater inclusivity so that the necessary improvements to our service can be implemented at the appropriate touch point in the service user journey. The purpose of this project is to design and deliver a comprehensive feedback solution that captures the experiences of individuals who have engaged with the police service and, if applicable, criminal justice service more broadly, as a service user or victim of a crime. The feedback will provide valuable insights into how service users perceive the quality of service, communication, and support throughout their journey, from initial contact to case closure. Should your organisation wish to be included in this exercise you should indicate your interest by providing confirmation via the correspondence facility on the In-Tend Bluelight eTendering Tool : Sell2 (in-tend.co.uk) - (https://sell2.in-tend.co.uk/blpd/publictenders) by no later than 12:00 hrs on 14th January 2026.
