## Summary

The London Borough of Enfield has recently completed the procurement process for the "Community House Wayfinding" project. This tender, identified under the code C1018, falls within the industry category of architectural and related services. The procurement was undertaken by direct method, below threshold and without competition, due to its specific nature and requirements. Fisher Cheng Limited, a small to medium-sized enterprise based in London, was awarded the contract following the award stage, which was marked as active on 24th November 2025. The contract, signed on 1st September 2025, focuses on developing an internal wayfinding strategy across three floors, and includes design tasks around reception, tenant directory, locational signage, and external on-street signage. The project is situated at the Civic Centre in Enfield, expected to be completed by 31st March 2026, with a contract value of £12,500 (net).

This procurement initiative presents ample opportunities for architectural firms, particularly those specialising in wayfinding and signage design, to showcase their expertise in cohesive visual strategies. By aligning with the objectives of public sector bodies such as the London Borough of Enfield, businesses can diversify their portfolio and reinforce their market presence within the sub-central government sector. Companies skilled in innovative design, user engagement, and cost-effective solutions would be well-positioned to bid for similar contracts in the future, contributing to business growth through strategic partnerships with governmental organisations.
