The current stage of this procurement is 'tender', with discussions having progressed from planning stages. Key dates include the enquiry period ending on 12th June 2026, and tender submission deadline by 26th June 2026. The contract, valued up to £454,711, begins on 1st October 2026 and runs until 30th September 2027, with optional extensions contingent on Home Office funding. This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in youth education, rehabilitation, counselling, welfare services for children and young people, and related areas, particularly those structured as SMEs or VCSEs. With a focus on crime reduction through preventative measures, this initiative is well-suited for organisations capable of delivering impactful interventions across Northamptonshire. The procurement follows an open method below the threshold, allowing a broad range of service providers to participate and potentially secure funding worth up to £140,000, excluding VAT, for promising projects.
