This infrastructure works package is for Phase 1 and 3 Infrastructure works comprising surveys, demolition, site clearance and remediation, drainage infrastructure, attenuation basins, utility infrastructure, highways and non-motorised user works. The infrastructure works are being delivered by Guildford Borough Council to enable the future delivery of houses on these phases.
