It is divided into eight lots, with Lots 6-8 covering multi-disciplinary works that may incorporate several work elements within a single project ### Lot Information Kitchens & Bathrooms - Works with an annual value of up to PS2,000,000 This lot covers the design, supply, and installation of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, including all associated plumbing, electrical, and finishing works. Renewal: Extension period - 2 years Lot 2 - Windows & Doors - Works with an annual value of up to PS3,000,000 This lot includes the supply, installation, and replacement of windows and doors, incorporating all associated joinery, glazing, security, and finishing works.
