This procurement is being carried out in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 under the Light Touch regime, enabling a proportionate and flexible procurement approach. The EMF1 is intended to provide a flexible and accessible route to market for agency-led event services, reflecting the operating models of the UK events sector. Lot 3 - Government Presence at Third-Party Events: planning and delivery of government participation within externally delivered events. Lot 4 - Small Events: delivery of small-scale and/or short-duration events. Lot 5 - Event Assurance Services: Provision of specialist services focused on crowd management planning, crowd safety, and operational crowd security. Tenderers may submit bids for a maximum of two (2) Lots. Bids for Lot 5 may not be submitted in combination with Lot 1 or Lot 2.
