## Summary

The Bradford Children & Families Trust is initiating a procurement process for a new Open Framework Agreement aimed at providing Post 16 Supported Accommodation and Support Services. This tender seeks to deliver a broad array of accommodation and support models for vulnerable young individuals aged 16 to 25 within the United Kingdom, specifically in the UKE region. The contract will begin on 1st September 2026, spanning eight years. The opportunity falls under the services category, employing an open procurement method. Interested parties should be aware that the tender period closes on 15th January 2026, with inquiries ending by 5th January 2026, and the award expected by 11th May 2026. The framework comprises six distinct lots, ranging from group living accommodations to outreach support, each designed to enhance independence and outcomes for the youth while adhering to statutory frameworks like the Children Act 1989 and the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.

This tender offers substantial growth opportunities for businesses skilled in providing social work services combined with accommodation. It is particularly suited for service providers who can offer innovative solutions for young people's needs, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are encouraged to participate, especially those with expertise in social housing and community-based support. The diverse nature of the lots, including specialised accommodations for unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and emergency housing, calls for providers capable of offering tailored supports and efficient service delivery, presenting a lucrative chance for business expansion in the social services sector.
