The maintenance of new door entry systems installed under the capital programme; repairs and maintenance of existing CCTV systems; maintenance, servicing and compliance requirements for automated gates; repairs and maintenance of communal tv aerials; repairs and maintenance of existing IRS systems; and a life-cycle condition report on existing systems to inform future planned maintenance and capital programs.
