## Summary

Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust is in the planning stage of a significant procurement process for a Total Facilities Management Framework Agreement. This process is being overseen by the NHS London Procurement Partnership (LPP) and is aimed at extensive facilities management services across various categories such as cleaning, catering, security, grounds maintenance, and pest control. The engagement process is looking to involve pre-market players to express their interest by 2nd January 2026, with one-to-one meetings or market engagement events scheduled to occur between 19th January 2026 and 14th February 2026. The procurement's estimated scope and value are substantial, with a gross amount of £8 billion. The services will be delivered throughout the UK, with the procurement activity operating under the UK's Procurement Act 2023.

This tender provides an exceptional opportunity for various businesses, particularly those in the facilities management sector. SMEs have the chance to compete for a role in this large-scale framework agreement, which includes multiple service lots that cater to different specialisations such as building management, cleaning, maintenance, and more. The framework agreement's flexibility in including different service areas makes it attractive for diverse service providers aiming to expand their footprint within the NHS sector. Being part of this large-scale agreement with a renewal option opens pathways for sustainable business growth and extensive exposure within the industry.
