Furthermore, the Council has decided to increase the distribution to the VCFS, bringing the total value to PS841,736, some of which is planned for distribution under existing contracts. This is a one-time, in-year, ring-fenced Grant that must be spent within the current financial year. The Grant is subject to specific conditions, with a requirement to deliver initiatives targeting rough sleeping and improving homelessness prevention.
