Recognising the significance of a potential transition, we are actively reaching out to the market as part of a comprehensive pre-market engagement exercise. Our aim is to assess the latest advancements in ERP solutions, including new functionalities, system architectures, and integration capabilities, as well as to understand the direction of industry best practices. This proactive approach will help us identify opportunities to enhance our operations, improve value for money, and ensure compatibility with both current and future organisational priorities. 
By consulting with a range of potential suppliers, we hope to gather critical insights into the strengths and limitations of modern SaaS ERP offerings. These insights will directly inform the drafting of our tender documents, helping us to articulate requirements that are both ambitious and realistic, and aligned with the latest technological innovations.
