Once an individual's needs have been assessed as being eligible for Social Care funding, they will be allocated a package of support. This support must meet the needs set out in the Care Act (2014) Assessment or Section 117 assessment.

This decision will benefit all parties who are then able to understand and tailor support to the individuals' current abilities and needs. The level of support will be determined at assessment stage and will fit into one of the two categories: LOT 1 - Standard Support 1.1 Outreach 1.2 Supported Accommodation LOT 2 - Enhanced Support 2.1 Outreach 2.2 Supported Accommodation
