## Notice

ermanagh and Omagh District Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for upgrade and refurbishment works to Omagh Community House and Youth Sport Omagh, Co. Tyrone. The Works to Omagh Community House will include; * External works consist of the deep industrial clean of all surfaces to include walls, paths, glazing and roofs. * Internal works consist of the redecoration of the existing common areas (corridor areas, double height foyer, staircases, some toilets). * Replacement of air conditioning units to the basement area (2 number) and second floor (1 number) and new floor covering to the upper floor corridor areas. * The contractor will be responsible for project / contact management of the complete works. * Health and Safety The Works to Youth Sport Omagh will include; * the general refurbishment of the existing changing rooms, associated corridor area and the referee's changing areas * demolition work * deep industrial clean of all tiled areas, making good and regrouting. * internal finishes, new suspended ceilings, decor, fixture and fittings. * general mechanical and electrical work, together with associated builder's work. * the contractor will be responsible for project / contact management of the complete works. * health and safety. This is a funded project through the PEACEPLUS Local Action Plan Theme 1 - Local Community Regeneration and Transformation 1.1 'Enhancement to Existing Community Spaces/Halls' Programme.
