## Summary

The Improvement and Development Agency for Local Government (IDeA) is overseeing the "Partners in Care and Health Working Age Adults data and benchmarking project" aimed at enhancing adult social care services across upper tier councils in the UK. Situated in London, IDeA contracted OXFORD BROOKES ENTERPRISES LIMITED for this initiative. The contract was signed on 19th January 2026, with the project spanning from 1st February to 31st March 2026. This project entails developing a data analysis tool to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of services provided to working-age adults with learning disabilities and autism. The procurement process followed an open competition method, aligned with UK legislation 2023/54.
