Continuation of work related to the Business Services Design and Delivery Partner contract. The Design and Delivery Partner contract was put in place in April 2024 for a period of two years, however additional services are now required. The additional award has been made to allow for the continuation of Design and Delivery Partner services and to ensure no further delay to the Programme.

Following the completion of Business Services Phase 1 activities, discovery work highlighted a number of key areas that can be addressed prior to the start of implementation activity with the Systems Integrator, including gaps in technical areas that will require to be known in advance.
