## Summary

Cross Keys Homes, a public authority operating under sub-central government in Peterborough, United Kingdom, is initiating a tender for the "Provision of Night Support Services to CKH Hostels" located within the same region. This procurement, under the industry category of security services (CPV 79710000), entails providing adequate staffing resources for support services outside regular working hours. The open procurement process is seeking bids under a below-threshold, open competition method, with the tender period ending on 13th January 2026, and inquiry submissions accepted until 6th January 2026. Although an initial error in paperwork marked the tender as above threshold, it has been corrected to facilitate a closed procurement with local suppliers.

This tender presents significant opportunities for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) or voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) focused on security and support services. Companies with expertise in providing night support services, particularly those skilled in trauma-informed and person-centred approaches, could leverage this opportunity to expand their business. The contract, valued at £75,000 including VAT, is set to commence on 10th February 2026 and run until 9th February 2029, with options for renewal. This project furthers business growth by integrating services focused on enhancing community engagement, crime aversion, and the promotion of life skills, thus ensuring a secure and stable living environment for CKH hostel residents.
