## Summary

The NHS South East London Integrated Care Board (SEL ICB) has announced a planning stage for the procurement of a Neighbourhood Homeless Health Hub Service in the London Borough of Bromley. This initiative is part of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) under the 2023 regulations and is not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The process aims to identify the most suitable provider without competitive procurement. The SEL ICB intends to commission services that build on a successful partnership with the Bromley GP Alliance and Bromley Homeless Charity, addressing healthcare disparities for the homeless. The contract will span three years, starting with a value of £162,000 in the first year, rising to £176,000 by the third year. Interested parties should be aware that this is not a call to competition but rather a notice of intent, with interested providers encouraged to contact the board for further information.

This procurement provides ample opportunities for businesses adept at delivering comprehensive, trauma-informed healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Ideal candidates would have a proven track record in reducing health inequalities and enhancing the outcomes for people experiencing homelessness. Businesses offering integrated health services, including mental health support and chronic disease management, are well-positioned to benefit from this tender. The opportunity particularly suits organisations that can collaborate with local authorities, housing services, and other statutory or voluntary bodies, demonstrating strong strategic integration capability. The successful provider will operate a hub-and-spoke model, expanding services across existing and new community locations, conducive to entities with experience in multi-location service delivery and strategic development in the healthcare sector.
