## Notice

Bidders should refer to the Specification at Appendix 1 for further details of Progress Housing Group's requirements and the Services that the successful Bidder will be required to provide under the Contract. The Contract will be for a period of 3 years and will then be a rolling contract until terminated. A minimum of 12-weeks' notice by either party to be given in writing to terminate the contract.
