## Summary

The Police & Crime Commissioner for Sussex has completed the procurement process for the "Reboot Family Support Programme," a service initiative designed to aid families and young people in managing challenging behaviour and reducing the risk of criminal involvement or victimisation. This procurement falls under the "Other community, social and personal services" category, with contract execution in the UKJ2 region of the United Kingdom. Initiated as a direct, below-threshold tender without competition, the contract with Changing Chances CIC was awarded on 5th January 2026, and is set to start immediately, concluding on 31st March 2027, with an option for extensions up to 2029. The contract is valued at £120,122.22 net, with a gross value of £144,146.66.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in social services, particularly those geared towards family and youth support. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with expertise in behavioural management programmes or community support services may find similar procurement opportunities beneficial for business growth. Given the focus on providing multi-tier support to at-risk youth and their families, businesses able to demonstrate a proven track record in community-oriented services would be well-suited to leverage such tenders for expanding their impact and business reach in the public sector.
