## Notice

We have a requirement to purchase a Microplate Reader in order to conduct research comprising insulin/glucagon secretion assays from human islets, nanoBRET assays, HTRF for GPCR dimerization, signalling and second messenger detection. The instrument must provide simultaneous dual emission capabilites allowing for rapid, reliable radiometric assays including BRET FRET, TR-FRET, Fluorescence Polarisations and multi-wavelength Absorbance(DNA/RNA and Protein measurements).
