Stage 1: All interested suppliers are required to request participation in this PME by emailing palsgransha.sourcing@hscni.net. no later than 15:00 on Wednesday 14th January 2026 where a CP12 Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire will be returned to each interested supplier. 
Stage 2: All interested suppliers are required to complete and return the CP12 Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire to palsgransha.sourcing@hscni.net no later than 15:00 on Friday 23rd January 2026.
