The scope of this contract includes the following:- * Planned preventative maintenance. * Reactive maintenance and repairs under a 24 hour callout service. * End of life sensor cell replacement. * Sensor upgrading and replacement. * Supply, installation and commissioning of gas controls systems. The gas detection systems covered by this contract include those in boiler houses, kitchens and laboratories, in addition to gas controls and gas pressure proving systems. Throughout the campus, currently there are approximately 95 boiler house and kitchen gas detection systems, 274 lab gas detection systems, and we estimate approximately 1700 sensor cells will need to be replaced over the course of the contract.
