## Summary

The procurement process initiated by East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust involves awarding a four-year contract for Outsourced Radiology Reporting Services, with Operational Business Intelligence Tool Access. This tender falls under the services category, specifically within medical analysis services, and takes place in Canterbury, United Kingdom. Key dates include the submission window from 29th to 30th January 2026, with the assessment commencing on 2nd February 2026. This procurement is in the tender stage, employing the Most Suitable Provider process under the Provider Selection Regime, allowing appointments based on capability, quality, and strategic alignment rather than competitive exercises.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses involved in providing medical analysis services, particularly those capable of offering comprehensive radiology reporting services, including subspecialist and urgent reports across various modalities. Businesses experienced with long-term managed equipment and clinical service solutions, particularly those under NHS Supply Chain's MECSS framework, are well-positioned to compete. Participation requires registration via the Health Family eCommercial System, offering a strategic opportunity for established providers to expand their offerings through a high-value (£12.9 million) and long-term contract with a prominent NHS trust.
