## Summary

Procurement for Housing (PfH), a national procurement consortium for the social housing sector, is currently in the planning stage for establishing a framework agreement for Vehicle Leasing and Associated Services. The opportunity, titled "Vehicle Leasing and Associated Services," encompasses vehicle conversion, telematics, and related services, with an estimated value of £36 million and targeting service delivery across the United Kingdom. This initiative under the UK Procurement Act 2023 is critical for achieving efficiency savings for PfH's members who manage over 90% of the UK's social housing stock. Potential suppliers are invited to participate in preliminary market engagement by expressing interest via email by 5.00 pm on 12th February 2026. Follow-up sessions may occur until the closing deadline on 20th February 2026. The full framework agreement is expected to commence on 1st November 2026 and is scheduled to run until 31st October 2030.

This tender provides substantial business growth opportunities, particularly for companies specialising in vehicle leasing, fleet management, financial leasing services, and telematics. SMEs are particularly encouraged to participate, given the suitability criteria for such businesses. The comprehensive national scope of this tender allows companies with operations across the UK to expand their market presence while enhancing the breadth of services offered to public sector clients. Involvement in this framework can facilitate new partnerships and innovation-sharing in the vehicle leasing industry, aligning suppliers with PfH and its extensive network of social housing providers. Businesses with expertise in providing integrated procurement solutions and those capable of delivering nationwide services will find this an excellent opportunity for sustained growth and strategic positioning in the public sector market.
