## Summary

NHS England North East and Yorkshire, alongside NHS England South West, is managing a significant health services procurement entitled "NHSE1097 - Health Visitor Vaccination Pathfinder Project - MSP". This initiative is classified under the CPV code 85100000 and aims to enhance childhood immunisation uptake for children aged 0-5 across North East Lincolnshire, Hull and East Riding, and Somerset. The procurement, which started with a tender process and now has reached the award stage, will launch on 1 February 2026. The project is set under the Most Suitable Provider Process within the Health Care Services Regulations 2023, suggesting a limited award procedure without a call for competition. Initial contracts span from 1 February 2026 to 31 March 2027, with options for annual extensions subject to satisfactory performance and available funding.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for current and aspiring providers of public health services focused on early childhood care. Organisations with existing contracts for Health Visitor Services with local authorities in the specified regions are ideally positioned to compete, given the eligibility criteria for participation. The total contract values are significant, with each lot offering extensive scope for both service delivery and financial growth. Businesses operating at the intersection of health and public service management will find this a fitting opportunity to expand their footprint and contribute to public health outcomes, aiding both revenue growth and regional health improvements.
