The aim of the Service is to support the delivery of the NHS CSP by testing samples and making direct referrals to colposcopy. The relevant authority intends to award a contract to an existing provider under Direct Award C under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) regulations 2023. The contract value is PS16,396,369 Contract Start Date: 01 July 2026 Contract End Date: 31 March 2029 The contract term is for an initial period of 21 months, with an option to extend for a further 12 months at the discretion of the Relevant Authority and subject to satisfactory contractual and financial performance. Additional information: Contract Value is based on annual FYE of PS5,962,316. This is annual value equitable to that of current contract (2025/26 value), plus agreed annual population growth of 0.7%, 1.25% fixed payment and national CUF/inflators to be applied once published. Any additional services (eg HPV self sampling) to require additional negotiation. Value of +1 extension to be negotiated/agreed in-year, if enacted.
