## Summary

Hertfordshire County Council is currently in the planning stage of a new procurement process titled "HCC – Jan 26 - Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) for the Procurement Provision of Digital Communications and Marketing in Public Health." This initiative falls under the services category, focusing on health and social work services. Located in Stevenage, United Kingdom, this process is still not part of a formal procurement, with an emphasis on market engagement to aid in decision-making. Interested businesses should note the crucial date of 6 February 2026, when the Provider Questionnaire needs to be submitted via the Supply Hertfordshire e-tendering system by 12:00 noon. The procurement is set to commence on 1 April 2026 and could extend up to 31 March 2031, providing significant opportunities for ongoing collaboration.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in digital communications and marketing within the public health sector. Companies with expertise in health and social work services, and those capable of delivering innovative marketing solutions, could find substantial prospects for growth. It is well-suited for businesses looking to establish or expand their footprint in the public health communications landscape. The buyers are keen on engaging with the market to gather feedback, which will influence their procurement strategies moving forward, offering companies a chance to shape and influence the project's direction while setting the stage for future procurement opportunities.
