## Summary

LHC Procurement Group is conducting an open tender process for the 'Housing, Regeneration and Demolition (H3) Framework', which seeks to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for housing, regeneration, demolition, remediation, and enabling works across the UK. The buying organisation, LHC Procurement Group, represents a sub-central government public authority based in Uxbridge, United Kingdom. With an active procurement stage, the key dates include the tender end date of 17th June 2026 and the award period concluding on 15th October 2026, while contracts will run from October 2026 to October 2030 with the option for renewal. The industry category predominantly involves construction work for houses, sheltered housing, and urban development construction work, covering extensive regions across the UK. The procurement method is open, allowing for both pre-priced framework rates and competitive selection via mini-competition for call-off contracts, focusing on work outputs like new build residential developments, estate regeneration, and defence housing works.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses in the construction and housing sectors, offering chances to deliver projects as a Principal Contractor with associated design responsibilities across diverse workstreams, including new builds, retrofits, and demolition services. The framework prioritises inclusion of SMEs, reserving several contract places specifically for Micro or Small Enterprises, providing a promising avenue for growth and expansion. Companies that can demonstrate expertise in traditional and modern construction methods, compliance with building safety regulations, and a capacity for operations in secure environments are especially well-suited to compete. Moreover, businesses looking to expand their portfolio into high-risk buildings, student housing, and other specialised accommodation will find engaging with this framework beneficial for growing their market presence and contributing to sustainable development goals outlined by the government.
