## Summary

The procurement process for the "Reboot Family Support Programme" has been completed, with the awarding organisation being The Police & Crime Commissioner for Sussex, based in Lewes, United Kingdom. This initiative falls under the services industry category, aiming to provide community services. The process reached the award stage on 23rd January 2026, with a contract commencement date of 1st April 2025 and an end date of 31st March 2027, extendable up to 31st March 2029. The procurement method was direct and below threshold, executed without competition. This contract focuses on providing various levels of support to families, particularly targeting young individuals at risk of crime or victimisation within the UKJ2 region.

This tender presents substantial growth opportunities for businesses specialising in community service provision, especially those equipped to offer behavioural management strategies for at-risk youths and their families. Such businesses, with expertise in social services and a comprehensive approach to family support, would find themselves well-positioned to extend their services under this contract. The opportunity facilitates engagement in a dedicated societal impact area, potentially benefiting larger-scale operations given the scale of the awarded supplier, Changing Chances CIC. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the community services domain also have potential suitability, despite the initial award going to a large entity.

## Notice

A package of programmes for families offering at least three different levels of support. The objective of all programmes will be to help young people and their families recognise, understand and be provided with strategies and mechanisms to manage challenging behaviour. Young people will have been identified as being at risk of becoming involved in crime, violence or repeat victimisation. On some occasions the young person may have come to notice of police due to being the perpetrator of child on parent abuse. An initial triage will be completed by members of the Reboot team whereby three levels of support will be offered based upon the information and believed risk level known at that time. Issues with previously published notices so new notices published. Contract start date 01/04/2025 End Date (Current) 31/03/2027 With Extensions 31/03/2029
