Suppliers will be issued with a questionnaire in advance of the meeting. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the supplier’s responses to the questionnaire, seek clarification where required, and explore market capabilities, service models, and innovations relevant to SAP licences and support services. Participation in the engagement meetings will be limited and managed on a first come, first served basis. The first four (4) suppliers to submit a completed Expression of Interest (EOI) form via the messaging facility within the Delta eSourcing portal will be invited to take part in the virtual meeting. The EOI form is available within the Document Repository on the Delta eSourcing portal. Suppliers who are not selected due to capacity constraints may still submit written responses to the questionnaire, which will be considered as part of the overall market engagement exercise.
