## Summary

The North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) is leading a tender process for the provision of Supplementary Clinical & Healthcare Services, aimed at reducing waiting times and improving patient outcomes within NHS bodies. This procurement opportunity falls under the health services industry category and is managed through an open procedure. The procurement stage is currently active and follows the Provider Selection Regime Regulations 2023. The deadline for electronic and written submissions is set for 6th March 2026. The contract is intended to run for four years, from May/June 2026 to May/June 2030, and covers multiple regions across the UK.

This procurement process represents a significant business opportunity, with an estimated budget of £1.2 billion GBP allocated towards this framework. Companies in the healthcare sector, particularly those specialising in clinical services, medical imaging, and managed healthcare provisions, could greatly benefit. Suppliers capable of providing high-quality, safe, and effective treatments across various medical disciplines including psychiatric, paediatric, and urological services are encouraged to tender. The framework allows for multiple lots, enhancing chances for a wide array of healthcare providers, from large hospitals to smaller specialised clinics, to participate and potentially expand their operations and service offerings.
