To equip doctors with the knowledge, communication skills, and professional behaviours needed to effectively prevent, manage, and resolve conflict in clinical practice, in order to enhance patient safety, teamwork, and quality of care

To equip doctors with the knowledge, skills, and professional judgment needed to safely, ethically, and effectively use artificial intelligence in clinical practice to enhance patient care and decision-making.

Lot 3 - Being an active Bystander

To empower doctors with the confidence, skills, and professional responsibility to safely challenge inappropriate behaviour, support colleagues, and promote a culture of respect, psychological safety, and patient safety in healthcare settings

Lot 4 - Leadership and Management

To equip doctors with the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviours needed to lead teams, manage resources, drive service improvement, and make ethical, accountable decisions that enhance patient care and organizational effectiveness.
