Lot 1

Renewal: The contract will be awarded for an initial period of 12 months. The Authority may, at its sole discretion, extend the contract for up to two further periods of 12 months each, subject to continued operational need, satisfactory performance, and the availability of funding. Any extension will be on the same terms and conditions as the original contract.
