Generally the works required are small jobs that require the contractors to collect / supply and fit rails and pieces of equipment, or install / build ramps, adapt steps etc. at the Council's client's property as requested following assessment and referral by clinical staff. ### Lot Information Lot 1 - Rails for Inside Use Collection / Supply and fitting of various size hand rails and other fittings inside domestic properties including grab / hand rails and stair and banister rails Renewal: 2 x 1 Year Optional Extensions Lot 2 - Rails for Outside Use Supply and fitting of various size hand rails outside domestic properties including galvanised tubular handrails - Suitable for outside use, located near doorways, steps and pathways etc. Renewal: 2 x 1 Year Optional Extensions Lot 3 - Steps / Ramps for Outside Use Building of concrete steps / ramps outside domestic properties including small steps or half steps, or alterations to reduce step height or increase tread depth of steps or installation of temporary ramps.
