## Notice

Derry City and Strabane District Council invite Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and competent organisations to be included on a Restricted List for the provision of Event Planning, Management, Delivery and Health and Safety Support Services. The appointed suppliers will support the Council's Festival and Events Team in the safe, effective and legally compliant planning and delivery of Council-led events taking place between April 2026 and March 2029. Organisations successfully appointed to the Restricted List will be invited to tender on a call off, event-by-event basis for the provision of services under Lot 1, Lot 2, or both, as and when required, in accordance with Council requirements. Your submission must be submitted via etendersNI, via this CFT. No other method of submissions will be accepted. Please refer to the CfT

### Lot Information

Event Management and Delivery

The successful supplier(s) under Lot 1 will provide event planning, production and operational delivery services, which may include: * Event planning, scheduling and coordination * Production management * Site and/or zone management * Stage management * Artist liaison * Programme support * Crew provision * General event management and operational support

Event Health and Safety Support (Purple Guide-Aligned)

The successful supplier(s) under Lot 2 will provide independent and competent Health and Safety support services, which may include: * Development and review of event-specific risk assessments and method statements, proportionate to event scale and risk * Contribution to Event Management Plans (EMP), including safety, welfare and operational elements * On-site Health and Safety monitoring, inspections and compliance checks during build, live event and de-rig phases * Liaison with Council officers and relevant stakeholders on Health and Safety matters * Support with incident management, near-miss reporting and post-event debriefs * Advice on crowd safety, welfare provision, contractor management and safe systems of work
