## Summary

The South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust has completed a procurement process for the provision of engagement activities and interventions in Southwark, London. This procurement falls under the services category and is targeted specifically at community mental health support. The process comprised five lots, with the procurement framework executed via an open procedure. Contracts were awarded to various suppliers for each lot on the 25th and 28th of May 2026. Each contract has a duration set from 1st August 2026 to 31st July 2028, with the potential for a 12-month extension. The procurement addresses the needs of a diverse user base, including those requiring bespoke support for families, emotional emancipation circles, and social spaces, with the overarching goal to enhance community mental health services.

This tender presents significant opportunities for growth and involvement for large-scale enterprises specialising in community and mental health services. Companies involved in providing therapeutic, support, or educational services would find these contracts particularly suitable. Given the focus on broadening engagement activities and interventions, businesses capable of delivering innovative and culturally sensitive approaches are well-positioned to compete. The involvement across multiple lots and lot combinations also incentivises organisations with comprehensive service offerings and the ability to cater to diverse community needs. The potential for contract renewal furthers the opportunity for sustained engagement and business expansion within the public sector.
