## Summary

The Crescent Purchasing Consortium Limited, located in Salford, UK, has completed a public procurement process titled "CPC/RB/01/2025 - Software Licences & Associated Services for Academies and Schools." This procurement falls under the software industry category and was conducted using an open procedure. The process aimed to establish a multi-supplier framework for providing software licences, renewals, upgrades, and associated professional services across the UK. Key stages of the procurement were completed by 18 June 2026, with contracts effective from 7 June 2026 to 6 June 2028, extendable by two further 12-month periods.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses operating in the software sector, particularly those specializing in educational and public sector solutions. Companies that can offer diverse software packages and services, including Microsoft, Adobe, Google, data security, and other off-the-shelf educational software, would find this framework an invaluable avenue for growth. Given the wide range of lots and the involvement of both large firms and SMEs, businesses of various scales and specialties could benefit significantly by being part of this framework, providing them with direct access to a broad clientele in the educational sector.

## Notice
