## Notice

The Contractor shall ensure the Client continually meets their statutory and legislative requirements and obligations. The Service consists of: * Planned maintenance (including Remedial repairs) * Reactive maintenance * Associated works The Contractor will provide the Service: * During normal working hours * Outside of normal working hours * With 24-Hour coverage, 365 days a year
