The Council intends to use a blended approach to market engagement for this exercise which involves:
• the opportunity to comment in response to the project brief and let us know anything you think would be important through written response submitted via the e-tendering portal or the online form, and potential follow-up discussions with respondents.
• gauge the level of interest from potential providers who may wish to bid to deliver services.
• targeted conversations with any key stakeholders, including potential providers, to ensure we have collected a wide range of views.
