This framework is aligned with the existing Construction, Estates and Property Professional Services Dynamic Purchasing System, and will be in effect until March 2028. The procurement exercise is carried out under the Procurement Act 2023, with Haringey Council acting as the lead contracting authority. Haringey Council is acting as lead contracting authority (as defined in the Procurement Act 2023) for the purposes of undertaking this open procedure procurement exercise in accordance with section 20(2)(a) of the Act and concluding a Framework Alliance Agreement (FAC-1) with each of the successful tenderers.
