## Summary

The procurement process was conducted by the NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board for the provision of a Mental Health Crisis House Service at Highbury Grove. This service, classified under the industry category "services" and more specifically as "Psychiatrist or psychologist services," is located within the region of Haringey and Islington, UK. The process culminated in the award stage, with the contract being formally awarded on 17th February 2026. The procurement followed a direct award process under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, with no prior publication of a call for competition. The contract term is for one year, starting on 1st April 2026 and ending on 31st March 2027, with a total contract value of £753,823.00.

This tender provides significant opportunities for businesses operating in the mental health services sector, particularly those specialising in accommodation-based recovery services. The contract could be well-suited for businesses like Hestia Housing and Support, which was the awarded supplier, offering large-scale support services that align with the requirements for integrated care and recovery support. Businesses capable of delivering high-quality, innovative mental health support, with a focus on integration and sustainability, may find this tender advantageous for demonstrating their capabilities in a competitive landscape. The focus on social value and improving access suggests opportunities for organisations that can contribute to reducing health inequalities and enhancing service provision within the community.
