## Notice

This will provide coverage for nearly all the current electric fleet. We invite suppliers to complete this PQQ and ITN for this software solution.

This is a 'negotiated procedure with prior call for competition' in which both your response to the PQQ and your Initial Tender are to be completed simultaneously and both are to be submitted at the latest by 12:00 on 06 March. As such, please ignore section 'IV.2.3) Estimated date of dispatch of invitations to tender or to participate to selected candidates' in this notice and the dates provided there. The timescales outlined within the 'Invitation to Request to Participate and Invitation to Negotiate (ITN): Unexplained Delay Software Solution' contained within the WAX Digital portal should be adhered to. To participate you must submit an electronic PQQ and ITN via the ScotRail Wax Sourcing System by the deadline.
