## Summary

The procurement process for the "Advisory Services Consultancy" has been completed by Border to Coast Pensions Partnership Limited, a sub-central government public authority based in Leeds, UK. The contracting process involved limited competition due to its below-threshold nature and aimed to establish templates and compliance checklists for advisory functions. The contract, valued at £54,000 including VAT, was awarded to Mercer Limited, a large financial consultancy services provider. The project, initiated with an RFP proposal, spanned from 27 February to 26 March 2026, following the regulatory guidelines of the 2023 pensions bill. All services were delivered within the United Kingdom as specified in the tender documents.

This tender opportunity provides substantial business growth prospects for entities capable of delivering comprehensive advisory services in financial consultancy. Companies with expertise in regulatory compliance, investment management systems, and consultancy support will be ideally positioned to expand their offerings. Businesses equipped to provide strategic health checks, assistance with portfolio construction, and compliance documents in line with regulatory standards, including TAS and best practice checklists, can leverage such contracts to strengthen their market presence and enhance their service capabilities. Entrants with robust knowledge of ISS and IPS document preparation, suited to adapt to evolving regulatory environments, will find significant benefits from such partnerships.
