## Summary

The Central Bedfordshire Council is currently in the tender stage for the "CBC-1920-FA-LS Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) - SEND Specific Holiday Clubs" procurement process, focusing on children’s holiday camp services within the United Kingdom. This procurement, which falls under the services category, aims to cater specifically to children with additional needs or disabilities. The open procurement procedure invites providers to offer a variety of services, including physical, creative, and educational activities, as well as local outings. This tender, with a submission deadline of 2nd March 2026 and an award period ending on 13th March 2026, also anticipates commencing the contract from 1st April 2026 until 23rd February 2029. This tender presents a robust opportunity for businesses specialising in educational and recreational services for children with special needs. Companies with a background in providing inclusive outdoor games, creative arts, and educational sessions tailored to varying levels of child support would be well-suited to compete. This procurement offers an excellent growth avenue for providers capable of delivering high-quality, diverse activities combined with strategic local outings.
