## Summary

The procurement process is led by Yorkshire Water Services Limited, based in Bradford, United Kingdom, and pertains to the "CM3159 Property Management Framework." The objective is to establish a multi-supplier framework for property management to maintain and enhance its diverse estate. The tender, under the "Construction work" and "Miscellaneous repair and maintenance services" categories, covers a wide range of regions across the UK, including UKC, UKD, UKE, UKF, UKG, UKH, UKI, UKJ, and UKK. The process is currently in the "Tender" stage, with key dates including an expression of interest deadline on 12th June 2026 and an award decision expected by 5th August 2026. The procurement method is selective and utilises a competitive flexible procedure to evaluate submissions based on quality and commercial proposals.

This tender offers significant opportunities for businesses involved in construction, repair, maintenance, and property management services. With the framework structured into multiple lots, businesses can compete in specific categories like estate infrastructure, complex estate projects, agricultural constructions, interior renovations, and heritage buildings. The framework provides an advantageous environment for SMEs as they are encouraged to participate independently without subcontracting, especially in delivering the required services efficiently. The projected maximum total value is approximately £18 million, providing ample business growth potential over the framework period, which may extend up to eight years. Successful participation in this framework could enable companies to establish long-term relationships with Yorkshire Water, enhancing their portfolio and securing consistent project opportunities.
